2016 is an important year for the Gargoyles, marking 18 years since the group was founded, and we plan to celebrate in style. At 8pm on Saturday 14th May we’ll be filling the Holywell for our ‘18th Birthday Bash’. We’ll be presenting brand new arrangements by Gargoyles old and new, and testing out choreography in preparation for our annual run at the Edinburgh Fringe. Expect to hear toe-tapping jazz standards, intricate arrangements in up to 12-part harmony, funkifications of pop classics from the likes of Queen, and even a jazzed-up Jungle Book number.
